YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO LABOR SUPPORT
The Prepared Partner
Join us live July 5 at 10:00 AM JST | 11:00 AM AEST — Just $35 with recording included!
Feel confident. Feel ready.
This 75-minute live online class is designed for partners who want to learn how to truly support during labor—not just be in the room.
We’ll cover practical, hands-on tools that partners can use to help the birthing person feel more grounded, more comfortable, and more supported through every wave of labor. This class goes beyond theory—you’ll learn and practice:
👐 Massage techniques for pain relief
🔁 Counterpressure and position-change support
🫁 Breathing and cueing techniques to stay connected
🤝 Ways to be a calm, steady presence in the birth room
Many partners go into birth feeling unsure—“Will I know what to do?” “Will I actually be helpful?”
This class helps you answer yes to both.
You’ll leave this session feeling confident, prepared, and grounded in your role.
Come as a pair—this is a hands-on class, and both partners are invited to attend. There will be time for Q&A, and all participants will receive a class recording.

Meet Kathleen
Hey there, I’m Kathleen!
– a single mom, business owner, and the creator behind Burnout-Proof Motherhood. Trust me, I get it—motherhood is a beautiful mess. From juggling life’s curveballs, to managing my business and trying to stay sane, I’ve had my fair share of lessons in the “don’t forget to rest” department.
I’ve learned the hard way that taking care of YOU isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Now, I’m here to help you do the same! With my background in wellness, doula work, and real-life mom struggles, I’ve created a fun, practical way for you to recharge and learn to rest without all the guilt.
So, if you’re ready to stop burning out and start feeling more energized, supported, and at peace, I’m here for it. Let’s do this together!
