CLASS IS RECORDED AND SENT OUT WITH LIFETIME ACCESS TO REPLAY
Here’s what happens
in class:
We kick things off by getting to know your pelvic floor.
WHAT IT DOES AND WHY IT’S SO KEY FOR BIRTH AND RECOVERY.
Then, the part everyone is curious about
CAMERAS GO OFF.
YOU GRAB SOME OILS, AND A COMFY, QUIET PLACE
YOU’RE GENTLY GUIDED THROUGH PELVIC FLOOR MAPPING AT YOUR OWN PACE.
Why pelvic floor touch?
AWARENESS AND SOFTNESS IN THE PELVIC FLOOR ARE FOUNDATIONAL FOR HOW THE BODY RESPONDS DURING BIRTH.
AND FOR HEALING AFTERWARD, ESPECIALLY IF THERE WAS TEARING OR SCAR TISSUE.
Most pelvic floor problems develop slowly over time. Even tearing in birth often starts by having immobility in the pelvic floor before the birth. By tuning in early and regularly, you give yourself the best chance to prevent discomfort and reclaim your vitality.

What Happens in Honey?
Honey is a carefully guided, step-by-step practice that helps you become intimately familiar with your pelvis — inside and out. Here’s how a typical class flows:
✿ Pelvic Anatomy 101 (Cameras On)
We start together with a gentle anatomy lesson where I show you clear images and a model of the pelvis. This helps you see and understand the important parts of your body, building a solid foundation for the work ahead.
✿ Pelvic Mapping (Cameras Off)
Once we’ve got the basics down, cameras go off, creating a safe and private space for your own pelvic mapping.
This is a physical practice, not a pleasure practice — think of it like performing a breast exam: a way to know what’s normal for your body before any issues arise.
✿ External Exploration
We begin by applying oils gently to the vulva and exploring the external tissues. This helps you tune in to sensation and awareness without judgment.
✿ Internal Exploration
Next, I guide you step-by-step through internal pelvic mapping, helping you feel and understand the vaginal tissues and muscles.
The process is trauma-informed and fully guided, so you always know what’s happening and why.
Empowerment Through Knowledge
This practice is like doing your own pelvic physiotherapy. The sooner you know what’s happening in your pelvic floor, the easier it is to catch and heal any issues before they become problems.
When you sign up for Honey, you get lifetime access to the course content, so you can revisit the lessons anytime.
Even better — I run the course every three months, giving you the opportunity to join a new group regularly and deepen your practice. This isn’t a one-time event; it’s about building a lifelong relationship with your body and your power. You’ll feel empowered to move through life’s transitions with confidence, clarity, and connection.

FAQ’S
-
No, absolutely not. Honey is a physical, trauma-informed practice focused on pelvic health and awareness — much like doing a breast exam or pelvic physiotherapy. It’s about understanding your body, preventing issues, and reclaiming your power, not about sexual pleasure or performance.
-
Everyone moves at their own pace. The internal mapping is fully guided and optional. You’re always in control, and the practice is designed to create a safe, gentle experience. You can also choose to focus on the external work or take small steps as you feel ready.
-
Cameras are off to create a private, pressure-free space where you can explore your body safely and without self-consciousness. The only time cameras are on is during the initial anatomy teaching, so you have a clear understanding of what’s happening.
-
Even though cameras are off during pelvic mapping, you’re not alone. I guide you every step of the way with clear instructions and encouragement, and the group atmosphere creates a sense of shared experience and community.
-
Honey is designed to help you become more aware of your body, which is the first step toward healing. However, this is not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy treatment. If you have significant concerns, I recommend consulting your healthcare provider alongside this practice.
-
Pelvic health benefits from regular, ongoing attention. I run Honey every three months so you can join as often as you like, turning it into a continual, nurturing relationship with your body.
-
No special equipment or prior experience is needed. You just need a safe, comfortable place and a bit of curiosity. I’ll guide you through everything in simple, clear steps.
-
Yes, it’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure. This kind of intimate body work can bring up a lot of feelings, and it’s okay to feel vulnerable. The good news is that Honey is designed with compassion and safety at its core. You’ll be moving at your own pace, with clear guidance, and in a judgment-free space. Many people feel nervous at first but end up feeling empowered, more connected, and deeply grateful they took the step. You’re not alone — and you’re exactly where you need to be.
-
Yes, definitely! Honey is a wonderful way to connect with and tone your pelvic floor in preparation for birth. During the class, I’ll guide you through safe, comfortable positions tailored for pregnancy, so you can practice with ease and confidence.
-
Yes, absolutely! Honey can support your postpartum recovery by helping you reconnect with your pelvic floor. However, please wait until any stitches are fully healed and open wounds are closed before starting the internal work. As always, listen to your body and check with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure.
